FINALIZA LA VI SEMANA OLÍMPICA ANDALUZA - XI TROFEO CARNAVAL CON PROTAGONISMO FORMENTERÉS

Nuestros regatistas vuelven a dejar huella por ahí donde pasan. Hoy, Lunes 28 de Febrero, y tras disputarse las últimas regatas, volvemos a tener grandes noticias desde la Escuela.
Como suele pasar normalmente, el trabajo diario y el esfuerzo realizado durante estos días ha premiado a los windsurfistas de Formentera que han copado los primeros puestos en la RS:X Juvenil.

Mateo Sanz se ha proclamado Campeón de España en esta disciplina, escoltado por sus dos compañeros  Álex Figueiras y Adrián Jiménez, segundo y tercero respectivamente.
El dominio de los regatistas de la Escuela en esta disciplina ha sido absoluta desde el primer día y finalmente ha tenido su justo premio. Vicente Castelló terminó finalmente en quinto lugar, superado por el integrante del CN Sevilla Santiago Arteaga.
El siguiente regatista formenterés, Jordi Crespo, lo encontramos en el puesto número 9, seguido por Damià Ferrer y Diego Escandell en las posiciones 11 y 12 respectivamente.

En la clase RS:X Masculino, teníamos a tres regatistas luchando por estar lo más arriba posible. Finalmente terminaron de la siguiente forma : Joan Carles Cardona finalizó 15º, Sergi Escandell 18º y Martí Juan 20º.
Hay que puntualizar que participaban 39 regatistas con un nivel bastante elevado con lo que sigue siendo un gran papel el realizado por todos ellos.

Por lo que respecta a la RS:X Femenino, nuestra representante, Andre Ferrer, concluyó en la decimonovena posición de un total de 25 parcitipantes.

A nivel nacional (Copa de España) el éxito ha sido rotundo. Joan Carles Cardona mantuvo su 2ª posición hasta el final y le siguió en el podio Sergi Escandell (3º). Martí Juan finalmente terminó en la cuarta posición.
En la categoría femenina, Andrea Ferrer subió al segundo cajón del podio.

Una vez más, tenemos que felicitar el gran trabajo de todos y cada uno de los windsurfistas desplazados a Cádiz y deseamos que sigan en esta línea de éxitos que están llevando en cada campeonato al que acuden.

Un grupo de ciclistas valientes cargaron sus bicicletas en el barco y pusieron rumbo a Ibiza para "disfrutar" de una increible excursión cicloturística. La excursión, de 35 km, transcurrió por innumerables mágicos paisajes que ofrece la isla de Ibiza.

Diecisiete fueron los "elegidos" que se atrevieron con esta aventura prácticamente en llano. El tiempo acompañó en todo momento ya que pese a ser 16 de Enero, el anticiclón que sobrevolaba las Baleares ayudó a disfrutar más aún si cabe el día.
Sólo los asistentes conocen las historias vividas durante la excursión, pero desde aquí podemos asegurar que si Asier Fernández estaba con ellos, las aventuras divertidas estuvieron aseguradas.
